1. The following are the conditions and general term of usage the Urbaser-Kiasa Group (GUK) will establish for the users entering and navigating the web site. The user will know and accept these rules without limitation of any kind:

Any exceptions will be noted in the case GUK enters exchange of information
agreements with any public or private legal entities in the future.

The exercise of the privacy act and any legal policies is excluded from these following rules since they are expressively defined by the Public Right laws and procedures currently exercised in Chile.

2. Any reproduction of information in the web site is to be forbidden unless is expressively and legally authorized by GUK.

The user may use the information contents in the web site only for non-commercial / private use. As a consequence of the preceding, it is strictly prohibited to give away, commercialize, resend, circulate, or distribute such information under any titles and in any form.

Although the information posted in the web site is for public viewing, GUK expresses the conservation –with all their meanings- of the proprietary information in the web site. GUK reserve its rights on any graphic material, text, digital objects, applications, designs, and links of the web site. These Copyright elements are protected under the national intellectual property law number 17,336 and by international treaties ratified by the Republic of Chile.

In the case of usage of third party material (news, announcements, statistical data, etc.) in the web site, GUK will acknowledge the Copyright of the person or entity outsourcing the material.

3. The internet addresses linked to the web site are not under control of GUK and their authors or owners are responsible for their contents. GUK is not responsible for the connection, or information contents to these links and if they are of usefulness to the user.

4. GUK does not assume any responsibilities beyond the ones established by the Chilean Constitution and the laws of this land. In addition, it does not assume legal responsibilities for the precision, updates, opportunity, contents, or uses given the information posted in the web site. GUK has previously revised the contents of this web site but it does not assume responsibility for the information provided by third parties, such as news releases or similar, and discrepancies on the digital version of printed news releases. Since the web site is an advertising medium and a support service for its users, whoever access the web site have to consider its contents as an illustrative medium.  The analysis, verification, and interpretation of the contents and their use for commercial, academic, working, institutional, promotional, or any other such purpose must be done and will fall under the user and no one else.

6. The information contents are free of charge for all users accessing the GUK web site. Any exceptions regarding the current laws or regulations authorizing the monetary charge of fees for documents such as for tax-related items are therefore legal.

7. GUK reserves the right to change, update, and alter these conditions and rules at any time without the need to notify any user. The access to the web site by any user implies the knowledge of this fact and indicates a tacit agreement for such modifications and to any new user’s conditions.
