The Quality and Environment objectives were implemented under the ISO norm. They were developed within the framework of the URBASER-DANNER Group’s general strategy. Quality and Environment were integrated to the company’s general management criteria as well.

Quality is focused on our CUSTOMERS. Our PERSONNEL is dedicated to a continuous improvement of our PROCESSES, which enhance our RESULTS. We pledge these values and never forget our responsibility to the environment and the COMMUNITY.

Currently, the Group’s companies are ISO 9000-2000 certified for waste recollection activities on the following municipalities: Metropolitan Region cities, Talca, Linares, San Fernando, Concepción, and Los Angeles. In addition, we are ISO 9000-2000 and 14001-2004 certified at the Loma Los Colorados Sanitary Landfill, Til Til, and the Industrial Solid Waste Management Center, located at the Coldeco Chile, El Teniente facilities.

These certifications obtained to date are only the start of the process to achieve a Total Quality business. For this purpose, we require a constant improvement to allow the development of a global administration model to manage a comprehensive Quality and Environment system. Thus, we run constant audits and improve specific units on internal and external customers.
