KDM. S.A.  became a member of the Pro-O’higgins Association as a way of contributing to the development of the region and to improve their human capital. We are honored to have the chance to bring our vast experience as a leader in waste management and environmental services.
 

KDM and 26 other partner companies in this Association have a strong compromise with the community and are firm supporters of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). First, our actions are focused at maintaining appropriate work conditions for our personnel. In addition, we are constantly developing policies and programs benefiting our employees and their families. Last but not least, we place a special emphasis on job security, training opportunities, and professional growth.
